Purpose
FieldPact processes workspace, job, client contact, and selected photo data only to provide the product workflow requested by the workspace.
Controller and contact
The commercial operator is currently recorded as "FieldPact operator". Its legal identity, contact email, and data-protection contact must be completed before commercial launch.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can delete jobs. Operational backups, retention periods, and any processor list require an operator-approved policy before production launch.
